 When designing your stairs there are 2 types of railing systems. One is post to post in which the handrail runs into the side of the post. The other is over the post where the rail goes over the post with rail fittings. We have several options for posts from large Box Newels to Metal Newels.

    There are 2 basic types of stair treads. One is end caps in which carpet runs down the center of the steps and wood is on the ends. The other is solid wood treads in which each step is covered in solid wood. We offer several species of wood with red oak the most popular.

     Metal balusters are a very popular option. We have a large selection to choose from. Many balusters come  pre finished. They are available in finishes such as satin black, oil rubbed bronze, and oil rubbed copper. We would be glad to spend time with you designing your stair system.
